Once you place your online order we’ll schedule a time for a detailed telephone consultation to get to know you and your professional goals better. This introductory conference will last for roughly 15-45 minutes. We’ll want to discover your target positions and/or organizations, career goals, your work history and your passions, skills, and interests. Please note: If you do not have an existing resume you can share your LinkedIn URL. Alternatively we will send you a questionnaire to collect some basic information.
Resume Development & Collaboration
We develop each resumes from scratch, if there are certain design styles you desire, we can surely incorporate portions of those elements into your new professionally created resume. Our aim is that no two resumes ever appear or sound similar. This is typically very easy since you have your own unique story and background. Once your telephone consultation is completed, we’ll professionally put-together all the info and initiate the resume writing and development procedure. If we have any queries we’ll call or e-mail you to seek clarification.
Resume Evaluation & Editing
We’ll e-mail you an open Word document of the resume for you to evaluate. Take your time to evaluate the resume thoroughly and note any corrections you’d like to have made. We work every day Monday-Friday and can often have your revisions sent back for your review within 24 hours or less. We do not limit the number of corrections / revisions (within reason)—we just ask that you send them all at once. Then we’ll make the modifications and send the new resume back for your review and final approval.
After you evaluate and approve the changes, we’ll complete one final proofread, and send the ATS-Optimized Resume to you in Microsoft Word and PDF formats.
